Each Christmas I make candy wreaths.. the biggest hit is the flavored tootsie rolls. I usually start shopping for them in October..otherwise by thanksgiving I have trouble finding them .. Each year the first question is did you find the flavored tootsie rolls. I need a lot since I usually do 20 or more of these wreaths for friends family and neighbors.
