When I was a kid we would go to "little okie" to Merl's store, and old man Merl would give us a free tootsie pop if we had the indian with the star wrapper!! It was fun trying to be the lucky one with the wrapper. We always thought it was a tootsie pop thing, however 35yrs later I am learning it was just something that some stores did. Either way we were and still are big fans and always look for the indian and star wrappers!!
