Tootsie Roll's web hosting servers routinely collect the following information for the sole purpose of providing a better website to our customers and better overall customer service. This information is used solely by Tootsie Roll and not shared or disseminated in any form.

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will endeavor to delete such personal information from our systems.

Our Policy on Selling your Information

We do not sell your information. We only use your information as listed in this Privacy Policy. Some sharing of your information may be considered a “sale” of your information under the CCPA, even though no money is exchanged for that information. If you choose to opt-out, Tootsie Roll will stop sharing your information with some of its business contacts.
